MCCC Receives Awards and Funding

Mid-Cities Care Corps (MCCC) is so proud of the work that is done by faithful volunteers and community members who are involved with our senior clients! We have been honored with several awards and funding in the past few months

MCCC has enjoyed the generosity of The Hills Church for several years. In the spring, we participated in the Renew Serve Day and had a group of kind volunteers clean up clients’ yards while another group put together goody bags and delivered them to lonely clients. Thank you to the Hills Church for your generous gift of service and funding to help us serve seniors in our community.

Journey Church invited MCCC to do a presentation during the Sunday Services a few months ago.  We also set up a table and gave information to members for those needing our services as well as prospective     volunteers.  The church generously gave a portion of the collection to MCCC to help fund services to seniors. The Youth Group is also planning a service day on October 9th for fall cleanup for clients.  Thanks to   Journey Church for becoming one of our new partners!

MCCC is really getting noticed in the Northeast Tarrant County community!  In June, we received an award from the Northeast Tarrant County Chamber and in July we were awarded the Outstanding Service Organization of the Year 2021 from the Colleyville Chamber!  Thanks to the Board, Staff, Supporters, Volunteers   and Community for helping to make this all possible!
