At the second quarter Lunch and Learn, MCCC provided 26 volunteers and staff members certification in CPR. Led by the Carrollton Fire Department, we learned how to administer CPR, perform the Heimlich maneuver, and to use the AED (Automated External Defibrillator) machine in emergency situations. A special shout out to Steve Carter, MCCC Volunteer, who coordinated this effort! We really appreciate the Carrollton Fire Department that gave of their time and made the training so enjoyable!!
