On April 26, Lois Dixon was awarded “Hometown Hero” by the Northeast Tarrant Chamber of Commerce. This annual event honors local citizens nominated for their contribution of time, efforts and talents helping to make Northeast Tarrant County a better place to live.
Lois is a long time transportation driver and supporter of the MCCC mission. Lois is one of our top drivers by miles and time and she also helps out at the monthly social events. Lois embodies the mission of Mid-Cities Care Corps and we are grateful that she has chosen to volunteer with us.
